Artwork and Digitizing
All artwork must be turned into a digitized file. Digitizing is an action of transferring the artwork into stitch format which is recognized by the embroidery machines. There will be a one time fee per artwork and per size, prices start at $6.50 per 1,000 stitches with a $35.00 minimum for all artwork.
We accept the following files:
Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Bitmap (.bmp), Corel Draw (.cdr), Encapsulated PostScript (.eps), Joint Photographic Experts Group (.jpeg), Portable Document Format (.pdf), and Tagged Image File Format (.tiff).

Deposit And Balance
We require a deposit of 50% up front to begin any custom order. This enables us to order the garments from our suppliers and begin prepping your job. Your custom order does not begin until we receive your deposit. The balance of your custom order is due at the time of pickup; no exceptions. Customers must provide a valid sales tax resale number or pay sales tax.




PRODUCTION TIME
Orders are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis. Turn around times may vary depending on current production schedule. Standard orders require an average production time of 7-10 business days. This time begins the first day we receive both a 50% deposit and final art approval. A rush fee based on the complexity of the job applies to any order required in 7 business days or less.

  • If an order is needed in 6 business days, add 40% to the invoice total.
  • If an order is needed in 5 business days, add 50% to the invoice total.
  • If an order is needed in 4 business days, add 60% to the invoice total.
  • If an order is needed in 3 business days, add 70% to the invoice total.
  • If an order is needed in 2 business days, add 80% to the invoice total.
